The Harrison

Acquisition of a stabilized 192 unit multifamily community. The principals acquired the property in November 2017 and have implemented a unit-level upgrade program to capture higher rents. Financed with a fixed rate HUD loan.

Heatherton Estates

Acquisition of a 256 unit multifamily community. The principals acquired the property in April 2017, and are upgrading units to capture market rent levels. Existing FNMA financing assumed.

Pacifica

Acquisition and repositioning of a 480 unit multifamily community. The principals acquired the property in May 2016 and are significantly upgrading it and stabilizing rents at market rates. Financing provided by FNMA.
