SAN FRANCISCO, CA (DECEMBER 2021) – During this year’s Holiday Season, for the first time ever, the Polaris team decided to do a “Free Rent Christmas” event at all properties.
The main purpose of this event is to help release the financial burden for families who have been struggling during Covid. We gave out 1-month free rent for 1% of the units in each community. The onsite team notified all residents and had them register for this event. On Christmas day, we drew the winners and congratulated them with a gift basket.
The selected residents were touched by the gesture of the company. Many of them shared that the free rent was a significant financial relief for them. We also held toy giveaway events for our young residents. Kids were happy to see Santa dropping off toys for them this year.
We were excited to give back to our residents, especially during this difficult Holiday Season. This was our chance to express our appreciation to our wonderful residents who have been amazing throughout this difficult year. We are thankful to be a part of this community.
