DALLAS, TX (December 2025) — In celebration of Thanksgiving, Polaris Real Estate Partners (PREP) hosted a food giveaway across its properties to show appreciation for its residents.
On Thanksgiving Day, onsite teams organized live raffles after sourcing turkeys and pies from local grocery stores. In total, 120 turkeys and pies were distributed, creating a festive atmosphere and fostering a strong sense of community across the properties.
“At Polaris, we strive to do more than provide housing, we work to build communities that foster connection and support,” said Belinda Aguirre, PREP’s Vice President of Operations. “This Thanksgiving giveaway is one small way we show our appreciation for our residents, their resilience, and the sense of community they bring to our properties.”
