SAN FRANCISCO, CA (AUGUST 2023). Polaris Real Estate Partners (PREP) proudly continues our annual back-to-school backpack giveaway tradition this year. We are delighted to share that we distributed a total of over 1,000 backpacks, the largest number we have given to students in the 10 years that we have been engaged in this program. Each backpack was filled with essential school supplies and provided to the young residents living in our communities, offering support as they gear up for the upcoming 2023-2024 school year.
The back-to-school festivities took place at all 16 of Polaris’s apartment communities. Collaborating with our corporate staff and each on-site property management team, the giveaway event was combined with variety of pool parties and summer activities at each community.
Belinda Aguirre, PREP’s VP of Operations noted, “Back to school is always a special time for students every year. Therefore, it is especially important for Polaris to honor this tradition to help provide reassurance and consistency in an ever-changing and unpredictable environment. This is one of the truly enjoyable aspects of our work – directly engaging with residents and their children. Through the Giveaway event, we witness firsthand the significant impact it has.”
